WL3024 Headset not connecting to dongle after manual updating firmware to v1.3.0.0

I have a new company provided WL3024 Headset, working just fine before I manually updated the firmware version to v1.13.0.0.

I tried manually updating the firmware because I saw that there is an update available in the DDPM (Dell Display and Peripheral Manager). Obviously, I tried updating from there, but it always encountered errors (and I should have stopped there) and went to try manually updating. That's when it stopped pairing with the dongle.

 What I tried to solve to problem:

• I tried downgrading it to v1.2.1.0 but nothing happened.
• I tried using the UC Dongle Pairing Tool, but the tool never even opened/started.

Would highly appreciate for any help.
