WL 5024 Headset turns itself off - even when on charge

My Dell Pro Wireless Headset WL 5024 will turn itself off after a few hours in the day - even when its on charge in its dock.

As there isn't a easy to see status light I'm often not aware.  When a call comes in I put it on only to find its off.  I then have an embarrassing few moments as I have to turn it back on again.  If its an audio call the other person has often hung up as they only hear silence.

I use the Dell Peripheral Manager to keep the firmware up to date.  There isn't an option to extend the time.  Would be even better if there was a physical on/off switch!

Same problem with my headset WL 3024 about the status on or off. You never know if you have to turn it on or not, and it happens often that you turn it off instead of on because it was already turned on. Very strange that no led indication shows you the status on or off of this headset. I had a look ,in the documentation, but found nothing. I installed the Dell Peripheral Manager too, but it doesn't offer any setting (even on screen via notification) so that the user knows the on/off status of the headset. Very annoying, indeed.

I am seeing the same issue, I've even disabled the 4 hour power off in the Dell Audio Mobile App but the issue remains. @Dell please add a setting to switch this off that actually works
