Wireless Headset Drivers cannot be Found
I have currently been trying to connect a wireless headset to my Dell G5 5505. The headset appears underneath other devices in device manager when plugged in. I tried uninstalling the device and restarting the computer, I tried another pair of wireless headphones entirely, I updated everything under windows update and dell update, and nothing seems to be working. There were no driver downloads available for either headset on their respective manufacturers websites. The headset can connect to the laptop on bluetooth and pop up under the devices tab, but when I try to then click "Pair" it does not work either. What should I do here?

If the wireless headset is appearing under other devices in the Device Manager and is not connecting via Bluetooth, there may be an issue with the drivers for the headset or the Bluetooth adapter on your laptop. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check for Windows updates: Make sure your laptop is up-to-date with the latest Windows updates, as this can sometimes fix connectivity issues.
Update drivers: Go to the Dell website and download and install the latest Bluetooth drivers for your laptop. Also, check the website for the manufacturer of the headset and see if there are any updated drivers available.
Reset Bluetooth: Try resetting the Bluetooth settings on your laptop by going to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and then click on the "Remove device" button to remove any previous pairing history. Then try pairing the headset again.
Disable other Bluetooth devices: Sometimes other Bluetooth devices can interfere with the connection. Try disabling other Bluetooth devices that are not in use and see if that helps.
Check compatibility: Make sure the headset is compatible with your laptop's Bluetooth version. If your laptop is running an older version of Bluetooth, it may not be compatible with newer headsets.
If none of these steps work, you may want to contact the manufacturer of the headset for further assistance.
