Wireless driver not showing on Dell Inspiron 3542.
Hello everyone,
I have Dell Inspiron 3542 laptop. It was working well. Suddenly wi-fi is not working on my laptop. I checked network adaptor settings, wireless option is not showing. I tried multiple options, tried installing wi-fi drivers 1704, 1705 but couldn't solve the problem.. Wireless option is not showing under airplane mode. just bluetooth option is visible..
Can someone help me to resolve the issue.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Has anyone found a fix yet. I'm having the same issue on my 7000. I rebooted my laptop because the touch screen was freaking out and when it came back up I couldn't see any wireless networks and it doesn't show a wireless adapter anymore. Called Dell and they were no help. This is a fairly new laptop and they wanted to charge me for their junk product not working.
