Win 10 WiFi Problem DELL 3521

Hello, everyone.
I had upgraded my Dell Inspiron 3521 from Win 8.1 to Win 10.
Wifi was working with not problems for a while but now its just stopped and I can't do nothing to fix it.
I run command prompt as admin : reg delete HKCR\CLSID\{988248f3-a1ad-49bf-9170-676cbbc36ba3} /va /f
system did not find it.
I did reinstall drivers from dell, also did not help.
I did : "Reset PC". It also did not help.
When I try to connect to my Wifi network it says "No internet. Secured"
It looks like it is connected but no internet access (yellow exclamation mark present).
As I understand I can't revert back to Win 8.1 because upgrade was done more then month ago.
It looks like I am stuck. I am struggling with this issue for two days.
Please, help!

What systems to work with where?
Probably one of the most critical requirements for an omni-channel retailer's success lays in the look and executing capacities of its WMS and other information management systems.

First of all, a warehouse management system that spans the complete supply chain offers managers a lower leg up in obtaining real-time visibility--and occasionally could actually save the sales. Instead of having a person leave because she can't find something, today's sales affiliate may be outfitted with a handheld mobile device to help her think it is in virtually any of the other stores. Some stores have even create kiosks for customers themselves to check on inventory, choose the items, and also have it shipped right to their homes.
