Will not connect to the internet
I had to wipe my Dell Inspiron 9400 laptop from windows 10 back to Vista. I reloaded the factory recovery disks, installed Vista sp1 and then upgraded to Windows 7 sp1. I then upgraded to Windows 10, the entire time I had internet connection even at the start of the Windows 10 upgrade because it went online and got updates. When it got done i can't connect to the internet with wireless or by ethernet.
I have tried reinstalling all of the drivers and nothing works. Does anyone have any idea what I might be able to do? I would hate to have to star all over again.
Thanks,
Waynep02

Thank you for your message.
Are there any wireless connections detected?
Is there any red X on the wireless connection icon?
This system is not tested for Windows 10 & does not have any official drivers available for Windows 7 & above.
You can try installing the driver in compatibility mode & check if that works.
Check in device manager to see if the network devices are detected.
