Wifi does not turn on

I have a Dell Inspiron 5735 and when i try to install the wifi+bluetooth driver given in the support page the installation program says "please turn on bluetooth from wireless switch, when i press fn+f2 in the screen apears a notification saying airplane mode on/off but nothing happens.
I have windows 8,1 installed from the DVD that come with my laptop.

That's a Dell Wireless 1705, Atheros Wireless card, use the latest Atheros driver:

Its better to install Windows 8.1 with a UEFI BIOS and SecureBoot enabled, this usually requires a Bootable USB, see here and here:

Regarding the driver issue likely the support page is giving you the wrong driver variant for the wireless card. Please provide the hardware IDs of network controllers, display adapters and unknown devices in the device manager:

I have the win 8.1 installed with EFI and secure boot enabled.
About the driver issue, can you tell me how to get the hardware ID?
