Wi-Fi Connection
I own a Dell Inspiron 15 and have recently started having a problem with connecting with the internet. When I try searching for my Wi-Fi ID on the list of network connections, it doesn't show up. I've tried standing right next to the router and it still doesn't appear on the list. Other laptops and phones are able to find and connect to the internet without any problems, so I'm sure that the router is not the problem. l tried connecting the laptop to my mobile hotspot, but it just says that it can't connect to the network. I haven't had a problem with this issue before and would really appreciate any help with this problem.

Hi ChrisAde,
Thanks for posting.
Please try using the diagnostics to resolve your issue: http://dell.to/2sIQCUj
If that's not working, try using a USB wifi and see if the results are different.

try to reset your router. If it doesn't work then you can use WiFi monitor app to check wireless network signal strength and identify the problem areas. Just follow the instructions. It helped me hundreds of times. You can monitor your WLAN network additionally and find best access point locations.
