why some SPecific sites only are not accessed

 am continiously trying to accessed some sites but that cannot accessed from my device.....I observe this that site of same platform wordpress are only not accessed from my device.....Even I open the other websites which are on other platforms will accessed easily...why it is happens kindly tell me properly.
