White dotted horizontal line on laptop screen?

Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron 14 3000 laptop.

The line does not affect performance at all, it's just an annoyance thing. Everything still works. Laptop is still like new, but just that line is there.

I have attached a picture containing the horizontal dotted line.

What could be the issue to this and how can I fix it?
