Where is my Bluetooth & Infrared??

Hi All,

This is my first day in this forum, I'm seeking help. My company just gave me a Dell Latitude D500, and I understand that this laptop should have already an Infrared and a bluetooth installed on it! Do I understand wrong? Could Dell release any D500 without those two devices?

I've installed windows 2000 instead of XP and in the device manager, all drivers are installed, but there's no Infra or bluetooth!
