WD19S disconnections with Windows 11
Hi,
we started to get random network disconnections with two WD19 docks after updating to Windows 11. Every 40 min or so the notebooks lose connection to the network, removing and plugging back in the ethernet jack on the back of the docking station fix it but this will be a huge problem when updating more PCs. Same issue with both a Latitude 5510 and a Precision 3560. Is there any kind of way of troubleshooting this other than Event Viewer logs?

Tips to fix
1. Reinstall the Universal Serial Bus Controllers Driver
2. Configure Power Management Settings in Your PC
3. Disable the USB Selective Suspend Setting

Hi Rachel,
already tried most of the windows settings and driver updates, even the https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000132644/dell-wd19-dock-ethernet-port-may-intermittently-disconnect-when-flow-control-is-disabled KB did not resolve.
Only way to solve was rolling back to Windows 10
