Venue 11 Pro Win 8 to Win 10 Upgrade disabled the wifi adapter

I upgraded the Venue 11 Pro from Win 8.1 to 10. I was told that it was appropriate to do. However, once installed, I discovered the WiFi Adapter will not work. Cannot find it when doing troubleshooting, however it shows as being on and enabled when I go into device manager.

I've downloaded the available driver, but am told during install it is not appropriate for this device????

"The installer can not run on this platform. Please select package for your operating system."

This installation file is directly from the Dell support site for THIS device.

Need to figure out how to re-establish this driver to continue with the set up properly. Thank you for any and all help.
