vendor software return code 7 network driver dw1705 on win10 64b on inspiron 14 3421

Tenho um inspiron 3421 no windows 10 que perdeu a conectividade de wifi. Acessei o service tag no site, tentei instalar todos os drivers novamente para corrigir, alguns não são do modelo, msm assim ainda tentei, depois que do modelo original o dw1705 não deu certo.

Anteriormente o driver wireless estava como oculto, depois de tentar reativa-lo, ainda tentei desinstalá-lo, mas não consegui mais instalá-lo de volta, que mesmo tentando rodar o driver como administrador ele dá erro de

que procuro em vários cantos e não entendo o que seja.
