urgent: please help
Hi, I have this DELL precision 5510 laptop with windows 10 enterprise version. I used to have a ATT 2wire DSL router at home and it worked fine.
Recently I changed a new ATT NVG599 router and I can not connect to home wifi anymore, it sees the wireless network but when do connect with password, it just say can not connect to this network. I am a tech guy and I did tried:
- called ATT tech support
- take laptop to office and it connect to corp wifi ok
- delete wlan profile
- scan hardware to update wireless driver
- restart router and laptops multiple times
- change wireless adapter setting from auto to 20MHZ
- remove wifi password to make it a public network
no matter what I do, I can not make it work, other iphone, levono laptop in my home works fine with this wifi.
what is the problem? Appreciate your help
Thanks
Dave

Hi davevu999,
Thanks for posting.
Apologies that you are unable to connect your pc to your home router. Since the computer connects normally to your office router, was working with the old home router, and is seen by the new home router, it would seem that the wifi card is working correctly. Your post says you contacted ATT tech support, but from the information provided, it would appear that the problem is in the router not the computer. Perhaps contacting ATT tech support again might be in order.
