Uploading Causes Disconnection

I recently purchased a Inspiron 5565 laptop and have been experiencing an ongoing problem with it. Whenever I try to upload, whether it be a image to Facebook or an email attachment, my internet connection drops and disconnects. After a few minutes it will reset itself, or I can reset it quicker (ex: turning airplane mode on and off). I do not have this problem with downloading, and it occurs on all browsers. I am using Wi-fi.

I have tried updating network drives and reinstalling them, but nothing has helped. 

My internet adapter is Qualcomm QCA9565 802.11b/g/n Wireless Adapter.
