update driver download speed very slow

Hello,

I'm trying to update my driver graphics of my dell .

Whene Im trying to download the driver, at the begining the download speed is as usual,

after 50MB or 60 MB the download speed is getting very very slow , to 20-30Kpbs.

it is happening only from dell website.

my internet is good, i've tried to download things from other site's and everything is ok.
