unable to connect to wi-Fi or via ethernet

I had to have the SSD replaced  in my 6320 but now I cannot get it connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or ethernet. I have two Dells, this 7470 works fine. How can I use it to get the 6320 back on-line please?
