Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues on DELL Inspiron N5050

Hi Team,

I am from India. I am having ACT Fiber brodband with TP Link wifi router.

I recently reinstalled windows 10 OS on my DELL Inspiron N5050, i3 processor.

I am experiencing connectivity issues with my DELL Inspiron N5050, which is equipped with an i3 processor. Here are the details of the situation:

OS : windows 10
Model : Dell Inspiron N5050
Wireless drivers: DELL wireless 1702802.11b/g/n
Realtek PCie FE Family Controller

Issue: My personal laptop connects to Wi-Fi but shows "No Internet, Secured." Interestingly, other devices such as my company laptop and mobile phones can connect to the same Wi-Fi network without any problems. Additionally, I can successfully connect to mobile hotspots and access the internet through a LAN connection.

After reaching out to my internet service provider, they modified the wireless settings (username and password), which temporarily resolved the issue. However, after restarting Windows, the problem reoccurred. Customer support suggested that the issue might be related to my operating system or drivers.

I also consulted a local laptop service representative, who tested the Wi-Fi with his equipment and found no issues. He indicated that the problem might be related to the broadband Wi-Fi settings.

Currently, I am unsure of the next steps to take.

Note: I have researched various solutions online and followed Microsoft’s troubleshooting articles but unfortunately, I have not been able to resolve the issue.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
