troubleshoot problem with network adapter and access point (Dell inspiron 5537)

Hello,

on dell laptop i have one globe symbol on the task bar. I am facing this problem lot its been almost like 4 days before that it was automatically connecting to wifi and some time disconnects completely.

i have updated my drivers and i have did all the netflush, network reset, device manager network adapter drivers update, updated manual to automatic in the run services in the task manager but nothing happened anything.

I found out using admin access on command prompt, I ran ipconfig which i couldn't see any IP address, subnet mask or default getway.  what could be my issue here?..
