Qualcomm qca9565 802.11b/g/n can't connect to WiFi 6 network

I've just installed Deco X20 Mesh Wifi into my home and I love it, but one device cannot connect, my wife's  DELL Inspiron 15 3000.  I have checked the driver is the latest version 10.0.3.462. 

Any thoughts or suggestions on how to get it working will be much appreciated.
