Probeme with my wireless card please help me!!!!!
Hi all, I have recently purchased an Inspiron 3537 that come with windows ubuntu. I install Windows 8.1 Professionnel with media center 64bits for compatibility with my other program and I find almost every driver except the Wireless .
System Model number: Inspiron 3537
Operating System : Windows 8.1 Professionnel with media center 64bits
Wireless card driver
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0036&SUBSYS_020C1028&REV_01
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0036&SUBSYS_020C1028
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0036&CC_028000
PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0036&CC_0280
I scan the computer with a tool and the wireless device seem to be a Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565 / AR9565 Wireless Network Adapter
Can someone help me to find thoses driver? Thanks

When you reinstalled the operating system, did you install the Dell System Software(if applicable) and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
Start with the Dell System Software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.
