Powering on the laptop: any way without the power button???

I have a Dell Inspiron 7000, today I dropped it and the power button doesn't work anymore but everything else is fine, I don't want to send it in if there's some way to power it on without opening up the laptop, I saw something about setting one of the keys to power it on in the Bios system?
