poweredge 1850 with win2000 server inaccessible boot

i have Dell poweredge 1850 server (LSI Logical 1020/1030 Ultra320 SCSI adapter) with windows server 2000 installed on it, i got booting problem (Error 0x0000007b)  after loosing the RAID configuration (which caused after changing the RAID Memory module), i do the following and without any luck:

1. returned the old RAID Memory Module and enable Raid on Bios but i got message tell me that the hard driver is SCSI if i want to make RAID it will erase the hard drive (Which i dont want for sure).

2. so i choose SCSI instead of RAID (since i dont know the old configuration what it was), after this bios saw the driver and boot to old windows but unfortunately i got blue screen with error 0x000007b inaccessible driver.

3.i tried to make repair for windows 2000 server but without any change still same error is appearing

any advise please!
