Pairing KM3322Wt & WM118t with new receiver

We have multiple KM3322Wt/WM118t combos where we have either the mouse/kb or the receiver that is not working and we want to pair the peripherals with other working receivers. Issue is that neither the old Dell Universal Receiver app nor the newer Dell Peripheral Manager seems to be able to manage these receivers. This is troubling as we now have a number of peripherals in good condition that we have to throw in the bin. Warranty is unknown so I can't go back for a replacement. 

Any assistance would be appreciated.
