No wireless connections available Dell 17R5720 with a N2230 Adapter

I have a Inspiron 17R5720 with a N2230 adapter using Windows 7 laptop. I purchased this new 12/2013 and never had a problem with the wireless until now (of course just after the warranty expired). My problem is I cannot connect to the internet using wireless, I receive a message "No connections are available". My other PC connects wireless no problem and my 17R connects with the cable no problem. I have updated all software. When I ran Dell's diagnostic check it only showed "Memory Module 20 test failed", when I checked the N2230 driver card showed (code 52) and isn't using any resources because it has a problem. Could my memory test failure be causing my N2230 problem. I have been doing a lot of reading online and it appears that the N2230 adapter is not the most reliable piece of equipment and does anyone know what a code 52 is?

Problem solved, I got tired of piece mealing the problem and performed a "clean Windows install". Every thing works great no more problems.

OK, thank you for your help. I got tired of piece mealing the problem and bit the bullet. I did a "clean install" of Windows and everything works great now, no errors or problems. Prior to biting the bullet I did all the updates both Dell and Windows.

rampartone,

Restart the computer and press F12 at the Dell Screen. Run the full diagnostics and report back any error messages.

Thanks for suggestion, I ran the complete scan and the only problem was it made a adjustment to one of the memory checks. I re-ran the scan again and it showed every thing normal. The problem with the wireless still remains, I ordered a N2230 adapter card and it should be here by Feb 3, I will inform you after I replace the card. Again, thank you.

OK, I replaced the N2230 card which did not correct my problem. When I go to status for the N2230 I get the following message "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)". When I go to "Network connections" shouldn't I see a wireless connection and not just the Local and Bluetooth.

Sorry, forgot to mention I also get " Wireless hardware is not bound to transport driver" also. I also have updated all my drivers again.
