No soft-switch to turn on WWAN after Dell Broadband Manager update
I was used to right-clicking the Dell Mobile Broadband Manager tray icon and turning the 5560 WWAN card on and off. Some days ago Dell Command Update updated it and I can't turn it back on. Tried removing drivers, manager, reverting to older drivers, updating firmware - nothing. It just says the device is not communicating and gives me no options to turn the software switch back on. HW switch is on.
What else can I try? Where can I get older Broadband manager versions?
Win7 Pro 64. 6430u.
EDIT: I just booted into Ubuntu and WWAN is working fine there.
EDIT2: I also tried manager version 7.1.0.2 - same results. Anything older still?

Got it working but I am not sure how. I made sure to delete everything related to WWAN however. Restarted windows to make sure that it is absolutely not able to reinstall anything on its own. I installed some random drivers from 2012 and those worked well. Now I have 7.2.3.0 and those work too.

So I tried v.6.1 here http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/ussoho1/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=4M0RW
But still device not responding.
Now I am really clueless. The soft-switch nor the HW swich can't be off or it wouldn't work in Ubuntu. Right?
