new inspirion 15-5000 only connects to internet once in a while

I just received my new inspirion 15-5000 gaming with AMD 256 ssd and 1TB hdd and the internet only connects intermittently through wifi. None of our other computers are having this problem. I have used all of the Dell trouble shooting tools. Updated all drivers and bios, changed power to network adapters to max, turned off bluetooth, turned off firewalls, changed wifi channels, nothing has helped. It will connect for 5-15 min then just stop. Any suggestions before I send this back?
