Network disconnects every 5 minutes

I have a dell lattitude 3520 that i used for school that is 2 years old. I didnt have any issues connecting to the internet at school or the pc disconnecting all the time. But at home the pc disconnects from the internet about every 5 minutes. When i try to reconnect it says that some information has changed and I need to type in the password for my network and when I do so it only lasts for a couple minutes till I have to do it again. There is no problem on other devices such as my phone only on the computer. It is windows 10
