MS3320W Dell Wireless Mouse firmware timeout

All Dell laptop updates are done.  Bluetooth mouse won't update firmware using Dell Peripheral Manager v1.7.6. I can't find any info on how to fix this.  Battery in the mouse is at 80%.

Same issue here. One mouse updated just fine, the otherone keeps giving a timeout. Tried pairing it with the other laptop, same issue.

Brand new mouse.  Download Peripheral Manager 1.7.7, install and check for updates.   MS3320W connected via Bluetooth.  Firmware update 0.0.2.5 fails (timeout err0r).  Connected via USB dongle and re-ran.  USB dongle firmware was updated no problems.   Tried Bluetooth again and same result.  Firmware update fails with timeout error.

You can find the URL to download the firmware in C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Peripheral Manager\Updates\Updates.dat

Search line starting with "ServerPath"

Same as:

{
    "updates": [
        {
            "connectivity": "Wired",
            "currentVersion": "240",
            "deviceId": "{c9fb8b50-a135-4236-9d7e-5af2f61d44b6}",
            "deviceIndex": 1,
            "deviceModelNumber": "Dell Universal Receiver",
            "deviceName": "Dell Universal Receiver",
            "devicePath": "\\\\?\\HID#VID_413C&PID_4503&MI_02&Col02#8&273d4588&0&0001#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030}",
            "deviceType": 1,
            "frimwareUpdatePath": 0,
            "installPath": "tempDir",
            "instanceId": 0,
            "newVersion": "242",
            "priority": 80000,
            "serverPath": "https://clientperipherals.dell.com/DPeM/updates/v2/x64/Firmwares/com.dell.DPM.Firmware.Dongle_Primax.zip",
            "severity": 1,
            "supplierID": "Primax",
            "updateType": 1
        }
    ],
    "version": 1
}

Decompress the zip file and run the firmware tool executable, remove USB dongle and connect it again.

Just wait for the firmware to be written.
