Macbook Pro M1 with Dell WD15 Dockingstation

Hello!

I recently changed from my 4 years old Dell 7280 to a Macbook Pro M1. The Dell Laptop was always connected to two 24" monitors via the WD15 dock I got from my company.

I've read in several places, that the WD15 dock is compatible and supports multi Monitors.

Currently I am connected and I can only see the same screen on both displays.
Using multi monitor mode is not available for me.

How can I activate this feature?
