Macbook Pro - Dell D600 (Intermittent Network Issues)

Hi

I have a number of MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) in my office, connected to the Dell D6000 docking station and all having intermittent Ethernet connection issues i.e the network connection drops and the Mac changes to WiFi). If I connect the Mac's to the Ethernet via a usc-c to Ethernet converter the connection never drops and I've confirmed there are no issues with the floor ports they're connected into.

At present, unlike with a PC, the docks are incapable of displaying 2x monitors so I know there a comparability issues.

I'd like to know if anyone has experienced similar issues or has any possible solutions I could try.
