latitude d600 doesn’t detect my wifi

i’ve installed network drivers to my d600 after lots of troubleshooting with wrong drivers and all, and finally when i try connecting to a network it doesn’t detect my wifi and i even tried a different wi-fi and it says it’s out of range. please help me!
