Latitude 7520 Keeps reverting to Static DNS

For a little bit of back story on this, when I was initially setting these Latitudes up, I didn’t have a working dock or adapter in my office for an Ethernet connection so I joined them to WiFi.  When trying to join them to the domain this way, it couldn’t find the domain so I input static DNS settings for our DC.  Since then, I have removed the static DNS multiple ways through changing the WiFi adapter settings in Windows and via CMD using netsh.  No matter what, it always seems to revert back to the static DNS settings after a while and our employees cannot reach the internet on their home WiFi.  I have also previously reset the winsock, did an IP reset, and flushed the DNS.  My last resort is to wipe the laptops and setup from scratch again (now I have a working dock with Ethernet) but I wanted to try and avoid doing so if at all possible.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Hi, the service tag is .  I have now tried removing the WiFi adapter and reinstalling with the latest driver.  I'm waiting on the users to report to me if it is now working when they try and connect to their home WiFi.  Any additional insight would be appreciated.  Thanks.
