Laptops losing their NICs - No ethernet or Wi-Fi

A couple of weeks ago, we started running into problems where some of our laptops would be unable to connect to Wi-Fi and had their ethernet port disabled. We also started experiencing BSODs around the same time as well. Looking through the logs, the BSOD is always precipitated by the network drivers being disabled. We have also seen cases where USB is disconnected.

Due to the timing of the issue, we are suspecting that something got pushed to the machines. We have Windows Updates turned off and can rule that out as a possibility.

We are seeing the issue across our Latitude 7400s, Latitude 7490s, Precision 5520s, Precision 5530s, and Precision 5540s. For docking stations, we are using both WD15s and WD19s. All assets are using Realtek USB GbE Family Controller.
