Inspiron 5720 Blue tooth audio issue
I have tried connecting two different audio devices to my 5720, the most recent being a TDK Sound Cube V513. The device is installed but there is no audio playing through the cube.
I have been able to send fies to my mobile phone and my blue tooth mouse works fine.
Any suggestions?

Hi lgehring,
Request you to try following the below steps which might help:
(1) Click on start
(2) Type device in the search box and hit enter.
(3) In the device manager screen, detect Bluetooth radio.
(4) Then right click on Bluetooth and uninstall it.
Note: If the Bluetooth is not present here then it may be under other devices with a Yellow exclamation which means the driver needs to be installed properly so uninstall is not required
(5) Now you may use the below link and update Bluetooth drivers:

Select right operation system and download Bluetooth drivers under network tab depending on the type of wireless card.

Hi lgehring,
I will be glad to help you. Request you to try using the same device on a different system and check if it works. You may also check if the device volume is full and even the system volume.
You may also try following the below steps which might help:
(1) Click on sound properties on the notification area.
(2) Select playback devices.
(3) Choose Bluetooth device as a default one.
Do reply with your findings.

I can play to the cube from my phone.
I do not seem to have a Bluetooth device to choose in the playback sound properties
