Inspiron 5491 missing bluetooth after window re-installation

After re-installing windows through Dell support (via Bios), I found 1 error in device manager (Unknow USB - Device Descriptor Request Failed) also bluetooth is not working. I am guessing these 2 issues are linked.

I found few solutions in the forum but none is working.

I've installed both driver from Dell website but no luck exist:

* Intel AX210/00/AX201... (release 13 Sep 2021)

* Killer AX1650/1675 and Intel... (release 9 Sep 21)

Can anyone please help me if there is specific steps to solve this problem?
