Inspiron 17 5767 webpage problem
I have an Inspiron 17 5767 its less than 2 weeks old, been working great, but for some reason, no web pages now load. Its affecting all browsers. Mircosoft Edge, Chrome all of them.
My wireless is working perfectly.
On Microsoft Edge, the message I get is
Cannot securely connect to this page
"this might be because the uses outdated or unsafe TLS security setting. If this keeps happening contact webistes owner."
Your TLS security setting aren't set to defaults, which could also cause this error.
I've then reset the laptop and it works fine, but the problem seems to occur, when the i close the lid, which puts the laptop in sleep mode, then after i open the lid and click on any browser nothing happens.
if i change the close lid option to do nothing, then it internet works fine.
I know some people might say well just leave it then, but not sure if it does any damage, being not being in sleep mode when not in use
I have followed a few instructions something about internet options and the SSL making sure they are all checked, which they are but still nothing.
I'm not tech minded at all but think it’s something easy to fix.
can anyone please help.
