Inspiron 15 5000 sudden no bluetooth???
My Windows was on Windows 10 and I've never had any issues. Then suddenly it got disconnected while I was using it and when I went into Bluetooth settings it says all my paired devices are off, and Bluetooth as a whole is turned off. But no matter what I do and where I go, it remains permanently off. I can't even disconnect my old pairs and reconnect.
There's no icon tab to turn it on. There's nothing. I updated my laptop, restarted, been into Device Management, done the command prompts, gone online to the website and redownload. Everything online has suggested. Nothing works.
When I go into the Device Management, Bluetooth is hidden from view, but I can't access it when I do find it. There's no viruses, airplane mode is off, and there's no issues with my wifi.
When I do go into the Device Manager and find the hidden from view Bluetooth, when I click on it the only thing that comes up is a message saying "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer", but when I've gone online there's nothing to help me sort that out and fix it.
I honestly have no idea how to fix this.
Any ideas??

Which exact model of Inspiron 5000 do you have?
My guess is that the Bluetooth module is toast.
