Inspiron 15 5000 Gaming Screen Flickering with Black Patches

My Inspiron 15 5000 bought just 3 months ago has major screen flickering issues.  The occur randomly and sometimes when the screen has a color shift on-screent like the dell white to blue on the webpage.

All drivers are up to date & I've tried disabling both Intel driver & Nvidia Driver seperately and still face the same issue. Issues seem to reduce at low brightness and sometimes when it flickers reducing brightness helps it stop. Please help
