I am not getting speed and duplex option in adapter change settings in dell inspiron 5502

Please anyone help me 

i am getting only 100mbps through ethernet live tech usb 2.0 adapter. when i click 

Network and Internet settings 

then change adapter options

then ethernet right click properties 

then click  configure 

then click advance 

I DONT SEE  IN THE LEFT SIDE MENU - SPEED AND DUPLEX for me to change it to 1GBPS or Auto negotiate

Kindly guide me please
