How to install device drivers

Hi,

I'm using dell Inspiron 14 3452.

Recently I changed os from 10 to 7 through usb drive.

My laptop didn't have cd drive. After completion of installation i try to install device drivers by using usb.

But usb itself didnt get detect. I tried all three ports.

How can I install device drivers, how to connect WiFi.
