Failure to connect wirelessly
my laptop has failed to connect to wifi, after long time of not using it. I have tried to troubleshoot, and reconnect, but failed . would like to have assistance from Dell...

I think you should update your drivers, restart your PC, forget the networks, restart your router. try disabling your network adaptor and then enabling it.
