Easiest way to use one monitor (2720Q) with new work laptop (Precision 3550) & personal laptop (XPS 9550) & WD19TB Dock

I have a Dell XPS 9550 as my personal laptop, a WD19TB Dock, and a 2720Q Monitor. Just started a new job and was given a Dell Precision 3550 laptop.

My XPS 9550 is connected through the dock to the monitor using USB-C Displayport input.

I would like to use both laptops with the monitor. What is the easiest way to connect the 3550 to the monitor? I prefer using the usb-c connection on the 3550 since it's on the same side of laptop as the power input. Would this be possible since i'm already using USB-C Displayport for the XPS?

If not, then just use HDMI port directly to monitor?
