Hi Wasfi,

This indicates that the Wireless, Ethernet and Chipset drivers are not installed on the system. Please install the following drivers in the order they are given:

Click on the link to download the driver and follow the onscreen instructions to install them.

Please share the Hardware ID of the Network Controller so that I can provide the correct wireless drivers. Here are the steps:

  • Open Device Manager.
  • Select your device and right click on it.
  • Click Properties from the drop down list.
  • Click Details and then click Device description button to select Hardware Ids.
  • Share the Hardware Ids mentioned under Value.

Please reply with the information, I'll be happy to assist further.

Hi Wasfi,

I apologize for my mistake. You can download the Chipset Drivers from the link http://dell.to/15T7biF. Also, after installing the Chipset drivers, see if you are able to install the wireless drivers or not.

Please reply with the information.

Hi Wasfi,

Please download and save the driver on the desktop from the link http://dell.to/164SiYE. Extract the files from the saved folder. Run the Setup.exe file from it for installing the drivers. Try downloading the file using Internet Explorer browser.

Hope this helps. Please reply with the status.

Hi Wasfi,

It appears that your system was shipped with Dell 1703 wireless card. Click on the link http://dell.to/164SiYE to download the drivers. Follow the onscreen instructions to install them. Also, share if the SM Bus Controller and Ethernet Controller drivers are installed or not.

Hope this helps. Please reply if you have any questions.

Hi Wasfi,

The screenshot indicates that the Chipset or Card Reader drivers are not installed. Please reinstall them to fix this. Also share the system's Service Tag and Owner's Name with me via private message (click my username and then click Start Conversation) for me to review the system configuration details.

Please reply with the information, I'll be happy to assist further.
