Doesn't stay connected to public wifi

Very new Inspiron 7706.

It connects to wifi without fail, except at a cafe I work from. When I first arrive, it connects automatically and easily. After 10 minutes or more, it disconnects, and struggles to reconnect. Been like this for weeks. Other devices stay connected the whole time, I even bought my Mac to test it.

This is the second major issue I have had with my new Dell. It is so hard to work with, so unproductive.
