Do i have aptX somehow? Latitude E6520
Hi,
at first please be patient to my language mistakes :)
I have a little... case? I wouldn't call it a problem, rather a case to discuss.
Lately i was surprised by my laptop. I wanted to watch films on it and also hear the sound from home speakers, without wires plugged in. I didn't have high sound quality expectations to it. When i want audiophile-like quality, I use different hardware.
So I bought bluetooth device (BCM20702) because my E6520 wasn't equipped with one. Installation went well, Windows 10 found proper drivers itself. I bought also Kruger&Matz 0352 bluetooth adapter (polish company, product made in china), which is connected by optical wire to Onkyo TX-SR600E amplifier. Adapter works well both as a transmitter and receiver. It is also equipped with red LED indicator, which informs user if it's using aptX codec.
And that's when the magic begins. I knew, that BCM20702 was only BT 4.0, but the indicator on K&M lights up when i'm making a connection. The indicator works rather properly as it comes aut from some tests with different devices. So the question is as in the topic: Do i have aptX?
