DellTB16 to Lenovo Thinkpad

I have a DellTB16 my employer has now changed to a Lenovo X1 Yoga 2nd Gen laptop from Dell, The TB16 seems to only charge the laptop even though the Lenovo has ThunderBolt 3!!

I have installed drivers, updated firmware and enabled thunderbolt on the BIOS but nothing seems to work - please help!
