Dell xps 13 9370 cannot find network connections

My Wi-Fi internet connection was working fine. Suddenly I lost the connection and when I clicked the Wi-Fi icon there were no available networks. Usually there are a lot of them. I tried to reset the ip through the cmd and installed the updated driver but it kept the same. 

The network adapter is the Killer Wireless-n/a/ac 1435 Wireless Network Adapter #2.I have read that some other users had the same problem but I haven´t seen someone who solved the issue. Please, help me to solve this. I only have 2 years with the laptop.
