Dell Slim Soundbar SB521A Firmware

Hello, 

I recently updated the firmware for my Dell Slim Soundbar SB521A to v0208, A02, released on December 7, 2023.  Since updating, my soundbar has been producing a lot of crackling sounds.  Is there any way to revert the firmware back to stock?  I can't find any prior firmware online.

Also, I want to say that I called technical support to ask this question (which is a pretty simple question) and had a horrible experience.  The customer service agent didn't even allow me to ask my question because, in his words, if the speaker wasn't connected to a Dell device, like a Dell desktop or monitor, there was nothing he could do.  Seems odd since this speaker is, in fact, a Dell device!
